It would be impossible for me to give up Bar-B-Q.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?
I would like to master the Force. I guess rather than a superpower, I’d be more into Jedi powers.
What “lesson from mom” do you still live by?
It is cliché, but so true…“Treat others as you would want to be treated.“

Blue Bell’s Tin Roof...can't wait til it's back on the shelf!

I am married to the love of my life, Karen. We have two awesome boys, Wyatt (5) and Levi (3 months).
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I would love to go to Alaska.

I love trivia.
What do you love most about working in public education?
I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with young people and see them mature and learn. Every year, I see young men and women begin to think critically about the world around them. It is truly fun to work with students of this age because they have so much zest for life. You really see a huge jump in maturity from August to May. It is great to be a part of that.
