Both Holcomb and Gomez chatted with Jochim about the challenges and benefits of his position, and he gave them some great advice about success and failure.
Jochim has been with the Box Red Sox organization since 2003. Prior to the ballclub, he was the athletic trainer for the Harlem Globetrotters Basketball Team from 2000-03.
