Sixteen contestants from Parker County in grades 4-8 represented their campuses from the Weatherford, Aledo, and Peaster school districts at the competition. Aledo's Emily Hensley won the Area Bee and will represent Parker County at the Regional Bee March 24 at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
