WHS band to send record 19 students to next round of Area auditions

Also, 26 WHS students made the high school band, and 10 students made the ninth grade band.

WISD Director of Bands James Buckner said the 19 students who advanced will have an opportunity to make the All-State Band at Area auditions Jan. 10 in Midland.
