In the spring of 2013, First Methodist started this program at Ikard Elementary. It started by serving about 25 students each week. That number has grown to 35 students each week.
For several years, First United Methodist has also provided school supplies for the Weatherford ISD
Education Foundation’s school supply closet and they contributed annually to the Council PTAs former clothes closet.
