WISD Kindergarten Registration at Martin Elementary Kindergarten Registration for the 2015-2016 school year will be Thursday, April 16, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and also from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Seguin Elementary School. Incoming kindergartners must be 5 years old by Sept. 1, 2015, and parents/guardians must be residents of Weatherford ISD. Please bring proof of residence and immunization records.
The Parker County Hospital District will be open for immunizations from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on April 16 at 1130 Pecan Street in Weatherford. In addition, the Texas Department of State Health Services provides vaccine clinics at the Weatherford Community Center located at 701 Narrow Street. To obtain a list of DSHS clinic dates and times, please call 940-325-7844 (option 1). Vaccines may also be obtained from private care health care providers during annual pediatric exams.
