The Weatherford ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved Sean Kenny as principal for Hall Middle School at their Regular Meeting held on May 15, 2023.
Sean Kenny began his career in public education in 2009 as a middle school teacher and coach in Sunray Independent School District. Over the years, he has worked in various teaching, coaching, and leadership positions, most recently serving as an assistant principal in Springtown ISD and Birdville ISD.
Mr. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion from the University of North Texas and a Master of Educational Administration Lamar University.
“I am thrilled and humbled by the opportunity to serve as the new Principal at Hall Middle School, and I can't wait to begin meeting and working with the entire HMS community,” said Sean Kenny.
“I believe that the strength of any organization lies in the quality of its relationships. As principal, my goal is to ensure that Hall Middle School provides a world class educational experience, but also engages and empowers every student who enters our doors each morning. I am proud to join the Roo family, learn alongside them and lead the campus to the next level of excellence."
