Last Day of School and Early Release Times

The last day of school for all students is Thursday, May 23, 2024 and is an Early Release Day for all campuses.

Middle Schools 12:05 pm

Weatherford ISD Receives Teacher Incentive Allotment Approval

The Weatherford Independent School District is proud to announce that its Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) designation system has been validated by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and is approved.

The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) is a program created by the 86th Texas Legislature as part of House Bill 3 to assist districts with recruiting, supporting, and retaining highly effective teachers in all schools, with a special emphasis on high-needs and rural schools.

“I am so proud of our staff for their perseverance throughout Weatherford ISD’s three-year process to become a TIA designated district," said Dr. Beau Rees, Superintendent of Schools at Weatherford ISD.

Baseball Playoffs - Round 1

The Roos baseball team finished the season as the 2nd place team in District 3-6A and will now face Keller High in the first round of the playoffs.

Game 1 at Keller on May 2nd at 7 pm
Game 2 at Weatherford on May 3rd at 7 pm
Game 3 at Keller on May 4th at 12 pm (if necessary)
