7th Grade Shot Clinic Dates

The Parker County Hospital District will hold shot clinics for incoming 7th grade students at their Immunization Office located at 1115 Pecan Drive in Weatherford on the following dates:

- Saturday, August 2nd from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Thursday, August 7th from 5:30 - 7:30 pm
- Saturday, August 9th from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Shot records must be presented at the located to receive vaccines. For more information, please call 817-458-3254 or scan the QR code in the image.
